It is in this vibrant scenario that NGOs well established with Government Departments, international and Indian resource mobilizing institutions, corporates, the Media and local communities, need to take the initiative. Thus, organizations like TSRD with its nearly 40 years of grassroots experience in working with local communities and its extended network in many sectors and nations worldwide is in a unique position to work with other like minded individuals and institutions.
While TSRD would like to continue with its traditional service delivery, the scope to work with the above emerging issues is very real. This would be our strategic shift in direction for the coming decade.
