Education and practical skills allow young people to make informed choices, access better livelihoods and participate more effectively in society. Rural children and youth, however, may face barriers such as limited learning resources, interrupted schooling, inadequate career guidance and a lack of market-relevant training.

TSRD supports children, adolescents and young adults through educational assistance, vocational learning, practical skills and entrepreneurship development. Programmes are designed according to local opportunities and the needs of learners from disadvantaged communities.

The aim is to connect education with confidence, employability, productive livelihoods and responsible participation in community life.

Our Approach

TSRD combines classroom learning with practical exposure, hands-on training and continued mentoring. Where possible, learners are connected with training institutions, employment opportunities, local enterprises and government schemes.
